"A friend recommended Lewis to me, when I was struggling with Achilles tendinopathy. He sorted that within a couple of sessions and (being in my 40s and trying to stay sporty) I've had a few other issues - back, neck... and Lewis is able to get to the root of the problem quickly, using a variety of techniques to sort me out. He sends exercises promptly and even chases me to make sure I'm doing them. Great service, respectful, friendly and supportive, and very reasonably priced. Excellent location too, with a car park just a minutes' walk away."
