One of the colleagues Lewis, asked if I needed any help, so I explained, he took his time to help me choose the right pet for me, I give him 5 stars for his service. I now have two baby gerbils who are very happy and healthy in their new home.”

“Lovely independently owned shop with lots of choice for pet food and accessories as well as a very knowledgable owner who is always happy to help. There is also a photo area for your pet which is seasonally updated and all pets are welcomed with treats. It is clean, tidy and well laid out. My 2 dogs love to go there and l wont go anywhere else now.”

The staff here are really helpful and knowledgeable, particularly when it comes to nutrition and when we had some difficulties transitioning away from raw feed they spent a lot of time with us. Never rushing you, making you feel like they have to be somewhere else or just directing you to the most expensive brand saying this is the best one. Thoroughly recommend”
