I asked for some help and Lucy was very informative and helpful at advising me which food to choose, showing me what was in the different makers kibble and what proportions of meat and veg etc to help change my dogs appetite. She also advised me which low fat treats to choose as my dog is slightly overweight. I will definitely return to this store to purchase my dog food in the future."

"Good service and good advice, was looking for hypoallergenic food for our small dog as she hadn't been very well, spoke to Lucy and explained the situation, she knew exactly what we needed, she was very informative on the brand of food and happy to say our little one loves the food. I have since gone back and got more of the same brand of food and again Lucy gave great advice. Would recommend any one to go here if in the Bitterne area."
