“I contacted FANCI initially after I lost some stones from my engagement ring but after meeting with Amelia and discussing options, I decided I'd also like the ring to be completely reset into a 'wed fit' style so I could wear a straight wedding band. Amelia was lovely to deal with and a couple of weeks after the visit, I was sent two CAD drawings to choose from. Shortly after this, I received both designs in 3D form in the post. It was so great to be able to try these on before making the final decision. It was about two weeks later that the final ring was ready to be collected and I am 100% happy with the ring. It exceeded all my expectations and I cannot thank the team at FANCI enough.”

“I popped into David Mellor Jewellers in Eastleigh at lunchtime today to get my gold necklace repaired and asked a member of staff if she could help me. I showed her my necklace and she said that it hadn't snapped so she took it and then came back in a couple of minutes with it fixed and she told me that was free of charge but if I wanted it soldered that would be £15 so I decided to have it soldered anyway. While I was waiting in store we had a chat and she said that she was from their Andover branch and she was covering for someone. I didn't get her name but she was a beautiful blonde pregnant Polish girl and she was so helpful towards me. Excellent customer service and I would definitely recommend David Mellor Jewellers in Eastleigh, from another satisfied customer.”

“Exceptional 10/10 5* service Rachel is a superstar I purchased a signet ring around mid-December, and even at the busiest time of the year, the team worked around the clock to re-shape the ring so that I received it before Christmas. Following this, I hoped to get the ring engraved. I was put into touch with Rachel, who I hope won’t me mind mentioning by name, to get this all sorted for me. Following the exchange of quite a few emails, I must say that Rachel’s service was flawless. From minute 1 she was professional, understanding and just very kind. It was only at the very end that I came to know Rachel is the owner of the family-business and it shows with how much care and effort she gives to her customers. Again, the service given is 10/10 5* and I’m so pleased”

“Great personal service. Though the shop caters for a wide range of clocks, watches and jewelry, I took in. Chronometer which hadn't runs for a decade or more. They treated it with love and care and technical expertise ( I think the old chap enjoyed it!) I'm now in possession of a working early 20th century chronometer.... Accurate to a second a day. “Registered for a watch in September for my husband's birthday was made aware they couldn't guarantee the time it would be in, so was delighted to receive a call on my husband's birthday to say it was in. When we went in to the jewellers, the watch was in a display cabinet with a happy birthday message and a bottle of champagne. The service we received from Myriam was fist class, I was well looked after during the time waiting as I asked several questions which were all responded back in a lovely manner. Picking up the watch Myriam spent time with my husband going through the watch whilst I made the payment with Andy who registered the watch. Andy was the person who phoned me to say the watch was in, and was a star as I was so excited. Overall a 5* experience and highly recommended.”

“I ordered a bespoke engagement ring from Charles Nobel and my experience was brilliant. I initially phoned the store due to travel distance and was transferred to Piers when I explained what I was after. Piers booked me an appointment that day and talked me through the process. I explained the style of band and setting that I wanted and Piers gave suggestions with the metal type and claws to hold the stones due to my partner's work, but also explained which styles would have less of an effect of the look of the piece. At no point were any "pushy" sales tactics used and I felt very comfortable throughout the entire appointment. When the design was agreed, I explained that I was on a slight time limit as my initial plans to propose had to be postponed due to our holiday being cancelled so our break away was bought forwards a month. This was not a problem and I was informed that the ring was ready a few days before the deadline date. My now fiancée is absolutely in love with the ring and can't stop looking at it, claiming she needs to admire it in all the "different lights." Neither of us could be happier with the outcome. I would 100% recommend using this jewellers if you are looking for a bespoke piece as I feel genuinely looked after throughout the whole process. I will definitely be using them again should I need another piece of diamond jewellery. Thank you.”
