"Went here today to replace a battery in my wife's watch after seeing the reviews, the member of staff that greeted me was very helpful and understanding, she said she was busy and asked if I could come back later but I explained my wife and I were booked on a cruise to witch she replied give me 15 minutes and al see what I can. 15 minutes later sorted absolutely fantastic even made time to have a little chat to me about myself , holiday and and where I came from. Thank you it was good to talk something we both said needs to happen more. Would highly recommend."
