"I've lived at 200 Water Street for 13 years. The entire staff is one of the main reasons I've stayed so long. I haven't had many issues over the years, but when they do inevitably pop up, they're taken care of. The response time to maintenance requests is nearly immediate. Adrian, the resident manager, is on top of anything else that I might have questions or concerns about. The doormen are incredible. The amount of work that everyone did to keep the building clean and secure during Hurricane Sandy is something I'll never forget (I've lived here a long time). The gym is perfect for a building this size. It's never too packed and has enough equipment for everything I need. The roof deck is gorgeous and has one of the best views of Manhattan. The lounge is a quiet place to get work done. The laundry room is big enough that I never have to wait for a machine. I can't recommend this building highly enough."

"My partner and I have lived here for over 2 years and honestly it’s great! There are lots of highlights including the view, the quality of the apartment but also the staff is really great. They address maintenance requests quickly, make the building feel safe, and are always friendly! I also love the energy of the building too. Lots of different types of people here too! Which makes for a great vibe. I do wish they would relax a bit about the rooftop, with allowing more guests or allowing residents to congregate in large groups but it’s a hot commodity so I understand they’re just trying to keep us safe."

"Lived here 4 years and loved it. Apartment was amazing (on the 7th floor so I had a terrace). But, the staff was amazing. Doormen were super friendly, helpful, and just all around great people. I never really had any big issues but any time I needed something maintenance was super fast and responsive and helpful. Loved this spot."

The maintenance of the building is kept very clean. Whenever there was a maintenance issue in our apt someone would be there to help within the same day. Lastly, the amenities were all great, especially the rooftop."
