"Overall, it is a solid hotel for a great price, probably the cheapest you can find in Manhattan for a quality modern room. Close to the subway. Rooms have exactly everything you need in a compact but nice space. The local area has Bodegas, restaurants, and retail stores with everything you could possibly need."

"I loved our stay at Radio Hotel. Friendly staff, clean room, bed was so comfortable and the view from our window was nice. It was conveniently located for us and we loved Upper Manhattan. Pricing was great especially for our first time visit to NY. There was a safe in our room which I loved. The restaurant had great drinks and we loved that there was coffee/breakfast snacks available. The bathroom is small but with it just being my husband and I, it was no biggie. If you visit Radio Hotel in upper Manhattan and love coffee - check out Milo Coffee Shop right across the street to your left as you exit! Grab a croissant and bagel. You won’t regret it. So darn good!!!"

"I checked in on December 25, 2023. I paid the three-day fee and was given a key card for room 302. As soon as I entered the room, the room was very small but very cozy. The TV and radio were on, and I felt that the service was very good. It was warm. I didn’t expect that when I came back from a trip on the 27th, all the sheets were on the floor and had not been changed. There were no bath towels (I never hung a do not disturb sign outside). There was no cleaning in the room. This was too much. I complained to the front desk. The staff told me that the problem could be solved in ten minutes, but twenty minutes later he only brought two bath towels and left. I showed him a mess of the room, but he just brought new ones and put them there. They said there was no one to change, and the staff were all off work. There were only two options, one was to change it myself, and the other was to wait for someone to change it the next day. So what should I do tonight? Don't I have to sleep tonight? Such a service? I do not recommend staying in this hotel. I will never come to this hotel again. Their service is so disappointing."

"Amazing! The staff was happy to help, they are there 24 hours. And I lost my card and they replaced it without any additional charge. Quick check in and check out. The hotel rooms and property look exactly like the photos. The staff really made it a great experience. The hotel is super close to the Subway which is really convenient. The location is good too, right next to target and lots of corner stores. Even when we came back late it felt safe. They also have security at the doors at all time and you cant use the elevator without scanning your keycard. Beautiful hotel, beautiful rooms, great staff, great security, and great cleaning services. I will definitely be coming back!!"
