"STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL! I’ve stayed at hundreds of hotels, nothing even compared to the horror I endured while staying at this hotel. I have had 3 room changes in 2 nights. My first night, I was woken up by the manager at 3:35AM because a pipe had bursted and my room was flooding. My belongings were damaged. The second night, my neighboring room was having a party from 2AM-5AM (it was a Monday). This lead to random people banging on my door in the middle of the night asking to borrow my iPhone charger. I have attempted to seek a refund from the hotel and end my stay but management is avoiding the conversation (I’ve made multiple complaints and the front desk has told me that they informed the manager that I’ve reached out). Initially, I only choose to stay at this hotel because it was near a NYBar testing center. Huge mistake! Additional facts to note: elevators are not functional at all hours; rooms are dirty; many rooms, labeled non-smoking, reek of the smell of cigarettes; showers are dirty; the doors are bruised heavily; poor cleaning; rooms are highly worn down; stained towels; overall location is terrible."

"I must say the receptionist at the front desk when we walked in was super friendly. But I got this hotel room because it had a balcony. When I go into the room that’s the first thing I go check & it does not open (no door handle) this feature should be taken down from all websites. As we start to settle in from a very long drive we go to take showers & our shower did not work. I must say maintenance came up and had it fixed in 20 minutes. Not enough towels and pillows for 2 people. No iron. No desk just a roller chair & Queen bed. Our A.C. Worked amazing being that this weekend was 95 all weekend. But it drips and I kept slipping. Had to put one of the only 2 towels on the floor the entire time. Half of roll of toilet paper. Bought our own. Bed was ok. A plus it has a small fridge. The housekeepers woke us up at 8:15 am with music playing. I could here their entire personal conversation and can also hear all guest next to me. I will not be going back."

"Have stayed at this location maybe four times this one will almost certainly be the last. It's been going downhill for some time with Wi-Fi frequently out. This evening the room had only one bath-sized towel. I visited the front desk in person asking for one or two more and was told they would be sending someone up. Either that person was never contacted or could not be bothered. For our second bath-sized towel we used the comforter instead."
