"We are so happy living here! The building is very close to the subway, Riverside Park, and tons of great restaurants! It's such a lovely area. And everyone who works here is so nice and helpful. Eva made the leasing process so easy, was patient in answering all of our questions, and is just such a joy to work with - she knows everyone in the building and helps to make it feel like home! The super, Jonathan, is SO nice, helpful, and will do whatever it takes to make sure everyone in the building is happy with their apartment. Salem is the most reliable handyman I've ever met. He shows up when he says he will, follows up, and can fix anything! A bonus is you can't really hear street noise outside, which is AMAZING in New York City. We're so happy living here!"
