"Beware of signing long leases at this apartment. They have not been helpful in accommodating requests to move to a bigger apartments within their own building due to life events. It feels restrictive and daunting to try to improve living situation because of the hefty fees they say you will incur in case you have to move out early. Also, an added bonus is no hot water in coldest of the days in winter."

"Worst management ever. We have been having hot water issues for a week now and the management didn't even know about it and the complaints to begin with. It's freezing cold and the hot water has been completely shut off for 2 days now. They don't provide updates on when this will be fixed. Only good thing about this building is the friendly concierge staff."

"Thankfully, I have finally moved out! The management and front desk at the apartment are abysmal. Here are my experiences: 1.Noise Issue: I had a neighbor who played rock music from 2 am to 5 am. Despite multiple calls to the front desk for help, it took three attempts before they finally took action. Ironically, they informed my neighbor that I was the one complaining, leading to threatening and abusive letters from my neighbor. I reported this to the management with no response. 2. Ineffective Communication: The only way to contact management is through email, which takes at least a week to get a useless response – if you get any at all. This is especially true for practical issues like resolving security deposit returns. 3.Racial Discrimination: The front desk blatantly discriminates based on race, treating white, black, and Asian residents differently. Their arrogance makes it seem like they own the apartment. 4. Security Deposit Issues: Issues I pointed out during move-in were dismissed, but at move-out, they wanted to deduct over $2,000, refusing to listen to any objections. When I emailed the management evidence, as expected, I received no response. I am now preparing to take this to small claims court. It’s regrettable that it has come to this, but their long-standing arrogance left me no choice. This team is a disgrace to what could have been a great apartment. 5. Security Concerns: Despite paying high rent, residents, including myself, risk being robbed in their own homes. Astonishingly for a building that claims to be a luxury apartment, there are no functional security cameras. I had inquired about this issue, but to no avail. For anyone considering moving in, please ponder if you can tolerate all the aforementioned problems."

"Sky has been an amazing place to live so far! The management, concierge, maintenance, and valet teams are all so helpful with whatever we need. This building is in a great location too. I always look forward to coming home :)"

"Don’t ever move into this apartment! THE WORST! I requested work orders three months ago, since I first moved in. Moved in with broken dishwasher, dryer, washer, microwave and blind. It’s been almost four month, and my dishwasher is still leaking! Can’t drain water, doesn’t dry. All they say was: We’re management, we’re not the handymen. We can’t do anything. I call every day, sent a bunch of emails, and that’s all I ever got. No sort of compensation or solutions were provided!"
