"Don't stay here ! You won't get your deposit back ! Roaches everywhere. Aside from that, I had a fraudulent charge from them on my card a couple of weeks after my stay there."

"I don't have high standard and went to many young hostel in the world and this hotel was the worst thing I have ever experienced, straight out of an horror movie. Coackroach running everywhere in the bedrooms and corridors. Terrible rooms with dirty bedsheets and war bed. I strongly advise to stay away from here. It's also insanely expensive."
"I stayed at the Tribeca grand in 2014. I was a difficult guest. I have Parkinson's and needed help with with everything. The hotel staff made me feel at home. They were always there when I needed them. I hope to go back some day and thank them."
