"Noise insulation is terrible in between units and to the outside doesn’t matter what floor you are on. The elevators are in constant state of disrepair. The laundry room washers and dryers are filthy, never cleaned. They don’t have parts to fix windows"
"10/10 doorman, 3/6 Elevators (as in they never work). A few elevators for a building with a thousand people just doesn’t work. As a consequence, you must wait for up to 15 minutes during rush hour at the beginning and end of the day to get an elevator. You may want to live elsewhere if you factor another 15 min into your commute."

"2 Gold Street is the hidden gem of FiDi. The door staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and make us feel safe. The apartments are spacious with newer kitchens and appliances and plenty of cabinet space. The amenities are above and beyond with a 15 yrd (unconfirmed) indoor pool, spacious gym, dual pool tables, lounge, child play room, dual laundry rooms and outstanding rooftop garden. The amenities are rarely crowded and often make living in the city feel relaxing."
