"This is my Go To hotel in Manhattan. The staff is amazing. You always feel welcomed by every member. Housekeeping is also wonderful. They are friendly and take good care of your room. The lobby has a sitting area to watch TV or hang out with people. They serve Starbucks coffee and some light breakfast items. They have a fitness center and laundry room. The elevators are fast! ...not a problem like many city hotels have with elevators. I HIGHLY recommend this Courtyard in Chelsea when you are staying in Manhattan."

"I always have a great experience here. The rooms are small but clean. You don’t hear much noise from the street. I highly recommend this location it’s in the heart of Times Square right up the street from Madison square garden. Courtyard by Marriott offers a reliable and comfortable stay for both business and leisure travelers. The rooms are modern, well-equipped, and provide a comfortable atmosphere for guests. "Calling it Chelsea is a bit of a stretch -- the vibe is decidedly Midtown -- but they over-delivered on everything else. The room was clean, quality, and the window opened for fresh air. The climate control was among the best and most responsive I've had in any hotel, and the shower was spacious and lovely. They were well-staffed with people who were all super professional, and it felt like a warm place to come home to. I expect a Courtyard to be solid, but management clearly has this place running on all cylinders. Thanks for a great stay!"

"We just needed a room for one night and weren’t planning on spending much time in it. This was perfect. I was very impressed with the friendly service from all employees. You are made to feel very welcome. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was updated and great. Not much room for your toiletries in the bathroom and the lighting is poor for makeup application. The hotel was very quiet and we got a good night’s sleep. We did not eat in their breakfast spot."
