The only complaint was the elevator (somehow it is a common issue - when elevator breaks down, it took a long time to get the parts so it was painful)."

"This place has been awesome! Centrally located in mid town, it was ideal for me. The staff is extraordinary. They truly make you feel at home every time you arrive. They are easy to coordinate with whether it’s food delivery, dry cleaning, shipping receiving etc. They were always there for me. These folks care about this community and make it great. The rooftop deck and room were great too. Incredible views and comfy furniture and bbq make for epic days and nights while seeing city lights. The gym facility is great and the basketball court is super cool place to play around and blow off steam after a typical NYC work day. Highly recommend this place for location, price, staff, rooms, cleanliness, friendly and supportive community."
"My fiance and I moved in a couple of months ago and we have only had great experiences with the building staff and concierge. We just got engaged a few days ago and they helped make it a special day and even sent us a nice card and small gift a few days later congratulating us again. The apartment itself is perfect and the rooftop view is unbelievable. People say the elevators take long but it's really not much longer than other high rise apartment buildings I have lived in. I would highly recommend The Dylan for anyone looking to move into a new apartment."
