Two Lincoln Square

"We love it here!! And we looked at a lot of different buildings before we found this one. From working with Jody Dobson in the leasing office (who was so wonderful and patient as we debated which unit was best for us) to the smoothest move-in, we couldn't ask for more. This building has such friendly staff -- concierge, maintenance, etc.. Before we moved in, I met a couple of residents in the elevator and lobby, all who couldn't say enough great things about the place. And they were right. We hope we never have to move for any reason."

"My partner & I moved in just a few months ago, and we already can’t ever imagine leaving this magical place. Began with the smoothest possible leasing process, and it’s been gravy since then. The doormen are outstanding — learned our names immediately, continue to greet & joke with us every time we come in & out, and are consistently beyond on top of their game (some even spoil our needy dog - hey William!). Maintenance requests are handled & resolved almost immediately (the porters are equally outstanding), and the building is genuinely fun and community-driven, thanks to the monthly events planned by Melissa’s creative team. "Rented an apt for June 15, 2023 - i worked with Jody Dobson. I was coming from out-of-town and he couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. He showed me the apt I would be getting, taljed to me about the friendliness of the tenants in the bdlg and then took me to see the bldg facilities available to tenants. I signed my lease the next day. Since the day I moved in he (and really everyone in the management office and all the bldg staff) have continued to be friendly and helpful. I am very glad I chose 2 Lincoln as the place I now live."

"I have been here for just 40 days but Jody, Tiffany and All the concierge staff have treated me as a valued and respected tenant. I think it is indicative of the kindness, interest and professionalism here that a short term tenant is treated so well... all the tenants in coming and going are very nice and cheerful and that speaks for the positive living experience at Two Lincoln Square. "My wife and I have lived at 2 Lincoln Square for 4 years and have had a wonderful, positive experience. The building is in a fantastic location on the UWS making it very easy to take advantage of Central Park, the neighborhood restaurants and Lincoln Center. We are very happy with the management staff. Jody and the staff have always been responsive, flexible, courteous, and helpful. They always send informative emails to let residents know of any maintenance that will be taking place, and the expected duration of the work. The doormen and the whole staff are outstanding. Freddy, Robert, Kenny and Alex run a tight ship while being friendly and engaging. They are incredibly helpful in supporting all the residents. The workmen do a great job in keeping the building running, especially Federico, Claudio and Andre. A common theme with ALL the employees is a positive, friendly attitude, and that makes such a big difference in making the building a community. In reading other reviews, yes there has been construction but the building does a great job in communicating these changes. The updates in the elevators and a brand new amazing rooftop will cause issues today, but the end results will be a better experience for everyone."
