"Sorry, I don't like to be negative, but the owners need better managers.The trailer looked nice when my son's family moved in, but are cheaply made. The landlords didn't put a back porch on for a year and now is just a platform with no steps. They didn't complete the skirting around the trailer or put the heating tape on the water lines. When the cold temperatures hit the water and sewer froze. They had to rent a motel for a week."
"Just moved in. Assistant property manager is nice. But no cleaning was done before I moved in so I had to do all of that cleaning which was not a fun time. AC doesn’t work. I have 2 kids under 6 and one is a baby. Made them aware of it as soon as they got in office and all I have gotten is a phone call having me check the filters which I did and they are fine. They don’t know when they can get someone to fix it. Not the greatest way to start my experience here."
