"First, the staff were very friendly and the hotel was spotless. The front desk and cleaning staff are solely responsible for the two stars. However, the primary purpose of a hotel is a good night's sleep. That was not possible here. The mattress was thin and sunken, with a wooly covering that seems to have been an attempt to alleviate the discomfort. It did not work. We tossed and turned all night long. We paid for a jacuzzi suite, but the "jets" were more like the pressure from a garden hose. There is rust, chipped paint, and peeling wallpaper everywhere. The outlet for the refrigerator is a potential fire hazard, as it required some pushing and turning for it to work. Overall, DEFINITELY not worth the almost $200 we paid."

"Stayed 1 night on 1/16/24- Bar has no liquor license. The parking lot was covered in ice and not salted or cleaned. Fire alarm went off on the 4th floor throughout the night for no reason. Rooms are extremely outdated.. There are definitely better hotels in the area."

"Location was convenient. Online check in was a breeze. We arrived late and the lobby doors were locked. There was not anyone at the desk. We tried the phone in the entry, but it would ring 3x and hang up. We waited for a long time. A door dash driver came and had to wait as well. Another guest arrived and tried the door key and had no luck. I was finally able to reach my daughter a d she got dressed and came down to the lobby to let us in. We enjoyed the room. We enjoyed the breakfast. Checkout was easy."

"Positive: Everything was clean looking and smelled clean without the the smell of chemicals. Close to lots of restaurants and shops. Check in was smooth and quick. Felt safe staying there. Negative: Stayed in a King bed in the middle of the night it did feel like there was a beam or something under the mattress on one side of the bed. Bfast wasn't my favorite but I'm very particular about my eggs and bacon. Hard to fault them for that."

"The rooms are a bit outdated, I’m never too happy checking into a hotel who has signage out. I was made to feel at home by Trish in the bar and also the front desk lady was great. I stayed here a while ago and there was no bar or food. That has been corrected. A hidden gem. I’m a diamond member who almost went to a different brand after my last stay, but the great interactions with the staff have brought me back to staying at this property after a great experience."
