"It was a very clean and nice place! It was a lot bigger than we expected lol there was no noise and everyone who was there kept to themselves which was awesome! The manager was so sweet and made sure we had everything we needed I’m so thankful for this experience and I will definitely be staying here again!"

"Came up for a concert at the Downstream Casino. Stayed here and saved a ton of $$ vs the casino. The stay was awesome! Rooms were great. Very quaint and cottage like. The wife loved it. Good location, just minutes to everything we needed to do. Will absolutely be back. Plan on bringing more friends to show the uniqueness and charm of renovated places."
"This place is just what a traveling musician needs. The rooms are great and cozy and decorated nicely with a theme. The parking is well lit at night and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. It's in a good spot if you are playing Joplin for a night or a week. A real piece of authentic Americana with a fresh face and a long history of being there for adventurers on the road. It's close to places to eat and stores to get possibles, but it still has a great suburban feel. A nuker, a coffee maker, and a mini fridge all in working order and ready to feed or water you after a show. In the end it's a little bit of motorcar history, and good place to catch some shuteye when the mood strikes you. Have a whirl at it and I think you'll agree."
