"So, I checked in and did not acknowledge Silver elite status. No welcome bag, etc. Not that it was needed, but it is supposed to be one of the "perks" for my business. Room smelt like mildew, but probably just not used often. Should be aired out occasionally. Staff was friendly, nothing out of the ordinary as far as good or bad. Solid 3. The elevator was broken, and the feather free room was the handicap suite, which, fortunately (I guess), I am already a lifetime member. Noise! Wholly cow was it noisy. Traffic nonstop. I could not sleep, so I checked out and continued driving. I wasted a 35K point certificate to lay down for 4 hours in a mildew smelling room. I kinda felt cheated on that stay, to be honest."
