"When I got here, I asked about the pool because the whole trip, that’s what I was looking forward too. They said it was closed. Room was very well kept when arriving inside, and everything else was okay. I just wish the communication was better."
"I am a Diamond Select Member and have stayed here multiple times. I had stayed here this past Monday, 3/4/24 and my rate was just over $80. Then I stayed here again on Sunday 3/10/24 and suddenly my rate was just under $137.00. I think that a price difference of over $50 is outrageous. The GM said that it is her corporate policy. If true then it is a sad way of doing business. I doubt very seriously if I ever will patronize this Best Western ever again. Other than the money issue it is a decent property and I have always looked forward to my staying here in the past. I am on the road over 280 days per year and I do have a choice. I will be passing this property by."
"Very clean, updated rooms. Mattress and linens were super comfortable! Breakfast was beyond expectations - eggs (hard-boiled and scrambled), bacon, sausage and potatoes, as well as continental breakfast items. Coffee was also superb! Bottled water was also a nice touch. Great place for a night's rest while traveling."
"The night we stayed there, it was totally booked. But the girl at the front desk was very friendly and informative. The room was clean, and beds (including sofa bed) were comfortable. Water pressure was wonderful, and the hot shower felt really good after a long day of driving. The only issue I had with our room was that we could hear the people above us walking throughout the night. I dreaded breakfast the next morning because of all the people, but staff kept items well supplied, and things flowed rather smoothly for the small amount of space. I would have liked to see a better assortment of muffins/pastries, but breakfast was adequate. I would probably stay here again if I get back this way."
"This is one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. Very spacious rooms! Very clean! Customer service is so excellent!!! I cannot say enough good about this place! This well be our stop from now on after our visits up north! Thank you so much for your hospitality!"
