"AWFUL TREATMENT. STAY AWAY!! Stayed 11/17/23. UNFAIR TREATMENT, TUB AND SHOWER weren’t working. TV hard to get channels. Asked for compensation when management wouldn’t look for a plug for the tub and I said that I paid for a room where everything worked. Manager refunded 5% or $5.00, which is ludicrous. Next morning couldn’t get the shower to work. Decrepit fixtures, this had to have been reported before, as the bathtub was dirty and stained with the ugly fixture sticking out like a sore thumb! Asked for senior discount & was charged $100 with pet. Orbitz was $69, but had no internet in car to book thru them. Manager should have given me the lowest rate since I specifically asked for a senior discount. Property is old and not kept up. STAY AWAY. Reported problems to morning clerk. She took my info and I never heard back. Bad business and unfair to seniors who ask for senior discount. Called back with complaint and contact info and the clerk didn’t want to hear about it. Afterwards, I still got no return call. Contacted Wyndham Properties and was told that this property is individually owned & franchised, which means the owner can basically do anything he wants and Wyndham won’t step in. Wyndham apologized for the bad behavior, but they really need to rectify this situation. Very bad policy for improperly treated guests. The owner gets by with bad treatment of guests as he apparently is only in this for the money, not ensuring that guests’ needs are met. Shame on Wyndham for allowing this behavior and shame on this man for treating paying guests this way. I seriously doubt that I will ever stay in another Days Inn after this awful experience. Contacted the BBB and owner refused to answer except to tell me to contact him directly, which I had already done twice unsuccessfully!! This is egregious and unwarranted behavior to a weary lone traveler just wanting a good room for the night. Unfair to a senior who had no recourse to deal with the unscrupulous owner. Bad business, unconscionable treatment. Any seniors especially women should avoid this place."

"The rooms are comfortable. But in the morning the housekeepers are noisy until 11 am. They break into the rooms until checkout. very noisy in the morning. At breakfast the drinks machine was not working and there was no coffee. The rooms are good but the staff needs some work above oneself."

"Awful bedding was NOT clean there were bottle caps on the floor spills on the walls and cabinetry. There was dead cockroaches on the floor. WILL NEVER COME BACK!!!!! the entire floor stinks of cigarette butts the furniture along with all lights are falling apart. Not worth the money!!!"

"I really don't know where to start, so let's start with the positive, the bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in. Now the bad. They have a coffee maker in room, you start out at 2 of each reg, and decaffeinated. That's the only two you will ever see, could not even get more at the desk, there's no room cleaning done just towel renewal. We stayed 4 nights, they advertise an easy chair in the room, was not one, the floor lamp was leaning to the point it would fall over if it wasn't against a wall. The toilet would not flush until the last day there, really small TV, like a 32. Front desk clerk at night was nice enough but never followed through with getting coffee to our room. The parking is not well lit, with a lot of homeless hanging around, making security a question. We have stayed in a lot of days inn over the years this one was by far the worst. Burnt out light bulbs, and lamps that did not work. We will not stay here again, booked on Expedia, so was cheap enough. Was the only motel that we were happy to be leaving."
