"I’ve stayed at multiple hotels and will say this H2S was a nice stay. Room was clean, bed comfortable and staff was pleasant. If there was a negative it would be the common breakfast but you’re not staying at the hotel for the buffet breakfast. I’d note also that it was not far from the highway and near restaurants"
"The service was wonderful. Beds were horrible!!! The rooms were NOT worth 157 dollars. Staff had to move us rooms 2 times. Room 313 the TV didn't work and the air conditioner sounded like an airplane, Room 317 the air unit was stuck on heat. So the room was a sauna. Finally room 319 was good. Would not stay here again."
"This is a clean comfortable hotel. They have hot breakfast in the morning and it has a great location in Joplin. Best of all, they are pet friendly! The rooms have kitchenettes with a full set of dishes and have hot plates available. Indoor pool open year round. The only area that doesn’t meet satisfaction is the 2-ply tissue in the restroom."
"Guest rooms and shared areas were impeccably clean. I felt safe and secure staying at this hotel. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Tons of dining options available in the area. Breakfast was included and very good with a variety of options."
"This hotel was one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in to date. The staff was amazing! The rooms were really nice. The amenities were spot on. I had issues with my AC - they moved me rooms without hesitation! One evening, I even used the courtyard grill to cook my team supper! Overall…GREAT STAY!"
