"Our queen suite was very clean and outfitted with everything we needed to consume a mobile order from a local restaurant. The full size fridge was especially nice to have available. Real flatware was also put to use."
"TownePlace Suites is one of my favorite hotels. Rooms are always clean, comfy, and large; there are enough power outlets; the kitchenettes are well set-up; the public amenities downstairs are always plentiful and thoughtfully designed. This location in particular impressed me because they had more recycling than many, as well as info in the elevators about how to live more sustainably. AND you can open the window! Love me some fresh air. I wish the insulation between floors was a little better - I was unfortunate enough to be under a thunderbeast who thought it was a great idea to stomp around starting at 4:45am every morning - I could have done without THAT. But otherwise, this place was a joy. Would return."
"The room (117) was fine except that our air condition made a loud rattling noise. My main complaint is that breakfast was basically non-existent. We were there well before closing, but almost everything was gone."
"I don’t like leaving bad reviews but I feel obligated to post about my stay here. The 4.4 star rating deceived me into choosing this hotel. I will start off by saying every employee at this hotel was super kind and I have no issues with the customer service. My room was really dirty when I arrived. The closer I looked the worse it got. When I checked the kitchen cabinets I saw some sort of droppings in the back (see picture). I ended up sleeping with the lights on for a few hours and leaving early. I have a hotel chain I usually choose, but I had heard good things about Marriott and thought the 4.4 star rating made this a safe bet. Unfortunately, I was wrong."
"Short stay here main lobby and outside areas well maintained with outside seating area in front with fireplace and grill. Room was huge disappointment. Walking in smelled like either cigarette smoke or mold. Bedroom smelled like human urine. The kitchen drawers and oven had layers of grime and crumbs. I had to wash all the dishes and clean the crumbs out of the cabinets and silverware tray before I felt comfortable using anything in the kitchen. Bathroom vanity drawers were dirty too. Linoleum floors were sticky and felt greesy never took them off. Walkable to fazolis and cracker barrel. I'll go back to Residence Inn next time."
