Manitou Woods Apartments

"One of the last places in TC to allow dogs over 40lbs and not charge you through the nose. The units are beautiful, there's trails and fields for puppies to run on leash, and staff is incredibly kind and helpful. The wait list can be long but it's worth the wait!"

"I second that whom ever answers there phones is extremely rude. I called in regards to a 3 bedroom unit for myself and 2 others. She immediately stated she doesn’t rent to “anyone other than families”. Without even knowing who I was, my age or occupation. Which is a form of discrimination because there is no Where stated that they ONLY rent to families and I found out about this place because I know a women whom lives there, by herself. When I asked for information on how to fill an application out, she “assumed” we didn’t have jobs and expressed concern that we wouldn’t make 3 times the rent. Now, if she would have taken the time to even ask me, 2 of us are nurses and one a dental hygienist. Therefore we make WELL over the rent but thought this was a nice option for young medical professionals. Extremely dissatisfied with her professionalism and assumptions and how I was treated like I was a high schooler when I have rented for the past 6 years, with excellent references. Will be happily finding another place to rent."

"My best friend lives here and I have had the pleasure of meeting her landlord and other residents twice now for a nice gathering . Oh so nice Every one has been, and given out hugs and food like family . It is a very nice place to live I would say if any one would ask me . Floor plans are layed out well ."

"Whoever answers the phones here is extremely rude and condescending. I’ve called twice asking if there was any availability and she stated she didn’t know. I then asked when she might have an idea of any availability and she again said she doesn’t know. She was not helpful at all and due to the way she acted it really turned me off of wanting to rent here. Having an attitude with a potential occupant for no reason at all on both occasions is super distasteful. As a business you would think they would hire people who could talk to potential occupants nicely and answer questions thoroughly. Super disappointing."

"Lived here for 5 years. I loved this place! Having no one who live above or below you makes it feel like and home, not an apartment. Nela, the woman who runs the the front office is amazing, kind and helpful. They allow pets, for an extra fee. Well kept and the mantience is always there when you need them. Would definitely recommend"
