"Came in town for a winter weekend after quality inn messed up our reservation comfort inn handles us grade A . Colice was a class act helped us out with all our needs. Love the Rooms very roomy. No problem with our service dog here. An stayed 3 days no issues at all. Morning breakfast fully stocked an popular. Nice clean pool an hot tub. Love last 2 hours 10-midnight adult time. Snowed pretty heavy while here an plowed lots an shove-led an salted walks first thing. All shifts counter workers we very polite an friendly service. Really love it here wish it was on the water front but cant change that. 10stars for us."
"Stayed here for one night (2/10/24) for a "staycation". We were in a one king bed room that had a jacuzzi in it (unfortunately these are going away with the current renovations). It was a great experience. There was a large group of college age (roughly) kids and you would never have known it. That's a compliment to the chaperones with the group, the kids in the group, and the quiet environment. The check-in was a breeze, room and amenities (bathroom, shower, jacuzzi, bed, etc) were all clean and comfortable. The pool is open 24/7. Breakfast in the morning was good and had a decent selection: eggs, sausage, toast/breads, yogurt, cereal, juice/coffee, etc. Would definitely stay again when we're in the mood for a quick getaway! Thanks!"
"Comfortable room! The facility does cater to those who may be in town for a medical event. We really appreciated plates and flatware availability along w snacks and coffee 24hrs, especially as my husband was had eye surgery. Staff was pleasant and facility was clean. They are currently doing major renovations, but respect for patrons is evident."
"An older hotel that is maintained amazingly. Spacious rooms were super clean and tidy, as was the entire facility. Loved the continental breakfast option. Kids loved the pool was open very late compared to other hotels. The best thing about this hotel was its staff. Super friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again."
"Excellent staff, clean spacious room, good breakfast! We had a great time in TC. Hotel was a very pleasant experience! I struggled connecting to the internet, manager went out of his way to assist me. All staff were very kind and courteous. Mike, front desk, was a big help. Thank you!"
