"Wonderful staff, Ahmad and Walker especially. Room was exactly what I needed for my business trip to the area, easy to get in easy to get out, clean comfortable bed. Great location too for the price too. I'll definitely be back."
"The hot tub in the room must be the first hot tub made. It was very old. The jets were just weak. The smoke alarm went off twice due to the steam, and no one came to the rescue. I stood on a chair and pushed a button on the alarm to make it stop. Scary if it was a real fire. The room was clean and comfortable."
"The room fit what we needed and we were not in there very much. There is no stay over services if you stay multiple days in a row. It’s not terrible but is frustrating. Location is great and quiet for the most part. The room had what looked like drywall all over the floor from the corner closet rack coming out of the wall. There was also hair all throughout the bathroom."
"This place was dirty. The front desk lady was very pleasant however. The tub makes a loud noise when you standing in it, the refrigerator didn’t keep anything cold, didn’t sleep 45 mins before realizing I was being bitten by bed bugs, my friend in the other bed flipped her pillow and she had a bedbug under her pillow, there was a roach on her slippers in the room. Worst experience ever in traverse city!"
