"Great rates, staff was very helpful and friendly. Hotel rooms were clean, lobby was welcoming, and the pool and hot tub was maintained very well! Great for kids. Had also a little area in the lobby for snacks and drinks for reasonable prices."
"We were first time visitors for a brief post-Christmas vacation. The excellent customer service began a week before our stay when a representative called to welcome us and explain amenities like the delivered-to-your-door breakfast. The hotel was sparkling clean and fresh, and every staff member we met was friendly and professional. Families will appreciate the pool and the small, but fun, arcade adjacent to it. The hotel is convernient to great dining, cultural attractions and shopping. There's plenty of free parking, and the off-season rates made us consider this for an annual post-Christmas trip."
"Oh man... I haven't even checked out yet and I'm already looking to book our next trip here. Thomas at the front desk was amazing. The room was just perfect. The view from the room OMG loved it. TV in the room was way better than I thought and hooked up to our Roku with no issues. The pool was honestly my favorite because it's heated. Hot tub felt great. Arcade was very nice too. Overall a very nice place to stay (enjoyed the hotel more than our day at great Wolf Lodge) 100% will stay here again."
"Lovely beachfront hotel has its own beach area and is near the downtown area. The room was clean, and we had everything we needed. They also supply a box breakfast with a few choices. Rooms are spacious and clean We had a nice view of the water, with a nice balcony. Unfortunately, it was a bit too cool outside to be able to stay out there too long. The front desk staff was helpful and able to help us with any needs we had. Our stay was pleasant. The off-season rate was great and hard to pass up. I would definitely stay there again."
"The hotel was beautiful and clean. I also enjoyed the balcony to sit out on to see the water. The balcony had a cover so it was perfect for the rainy day. I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel which is my biggest concern when traveling. The team was so great and accommodating! I would recommend and return."
