"From the moment we arrived and drove down the hill until we closed the garage and said our final goodbye, The Cottage was nothing short of perfection for a group of moms in need of a weekend away! The close proximity to the hustle and bustle of Traverse City made it incredibly easy to hit up the spa, order dinner, and enjoy wine tours. The home itself was perfectly suited for a large group of adults (which means it would also be perfect for kids!). Every detail was thought of in this place and it truly felt like a home away from home. The entire home is absolutely gorgeous inside and the views of the water simply add more beauty to the space. We had more than enough room to sleep 9 adults and the amount of bathrooms met our needs as well. The living areas were spacious and comfy and allowed us the opportunity to spend time together and unwind all weekend. The beautiful mudroom on the lower level, fully equipped with beach towels for all, lead to an amazing outdoor area and fantastic hot tub! If only we could have had warmer temps to take greater advantage of the beauty that was outdoors! This house was perfect for a weekend getaway and we can’t wait to stay again! Also Tricia was so great to work with and provided many great recommendations on local businesses."

"My family (daughters, sons-in-laws, and grandkids) had a glorious winter family reunion at Lakemore Resort this year. We stayed at the Blue House the week between Christmas and New Years, and were treated royally by Thomas and Jordan. Tricia had the house beautifully decorated for the holidays, including a Christmas tree, under which my three year-old and five year-old grandsons opened their presents. During this family Christmas, the adults enjoyed the spacious, private lakeside hot tub, and even took a couple of polar plunges into the lake. The large well-appointed and well-maintained house was perfect for our family reunion. We also enjoyed nearby Ranch Rudolph for a family sleigh/hayride through the state forest. I highly recommend Lakemore Resort for a winter vacation and look forward to returning this Spring, Summer, or Fall. Rick Griffin"

"Lakemore is a serene and beautiful place to spend your holiday. The staff is so helpful and friendly and quick to answer. Tricia and Thomas always take such good care of us. This was our third time using the space as a women's retreat and it definitely won't be the last. There are so many amenities, the houses are beautiful and the lake is crystal clear! Would highly recommend!"

"Lakemore is an absolute DREAM. They have considered every detail for a perfect family getaway at the lake. The houses are incredibly designed, modern, and well maintained. The lake was absolutely stunning to paddle board, kayak, and take the boat out for a spin. The 20+ person hot tubs have perfect views over looking the lake. The staff was beyond caring and supportive 24/7. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience to enjoy Pure Michigan. Thank you Trisha and the entire staff for making lasting memories for my family and I. We will be highly recommending this special spot to family and friends ! Can’t wait to come back next year !"
