"Apartments are great. The staff is very friendly and helpful with any inquiries. They have an app to keep residents updated on anything. Appliances are new and all work great. I don’t have a pet so I can’t speak on that. A message was sent out on the social app regarding an issue with residents picking up after their pets but I never noticed it being a problem. Everything is locked with a fob from your building your apartment and the package room so if your old school and like physical keys be aware of that. I will say we lost power during that big winter storm and the fobs were still operating. I’m enjoying my stay and couldn’t recommend it enough!"

"Brand new apartments looks nice, but I called the office and they said they don't allow EVs to be plugged in by tenants even if they rent a garage for the extra monthly amount. Their reasoning is the property infrastructure can't support EV charging if everyone is charging at the same time. I guess look for another place if you own an EV."

"This place is truly the best apartment complex in the metro Detroit area. I moved in here last May and had a very difficult request, but Jen helped figure everything out for me. I have never had any problems with this apartment, but I’m sure if I did, someone would resolve it quickly. The apartment itself was built thoughtfully and well which is not usually the case. You could never hear the neighbors from inside your apartment. Everyone was also super friendly in the building. If you are looking for a very nice apartment, this is the only place to be."

"When looking for an apartment community to live in, what's most important is a management team who demonstrates service excellence and quality assurance. My husband and I we're the first to move in the second new structure. Jen has been exceptional, professional and welcoming. The apartment is state of the art and just beautiful . We have all the conveniences of retail stores, grocery stores and restaurants at our fingertips. We love ❤ it and so glad we made the choice to be apart of the Phoenix at Troy Crossing."

"Jen Kim has been a dream to work with. She is so positive, kind, and has gone above and beyond to help us get into our apartment. The apartments are brand new, modern, and beautiful. We are so excited to move into the new place. There’s an awesome rooftop barbecue/lounge area and a fitness center being built as well. I know we’re going to be very happy in our new home, and I know Jen will continue to do all she can to make sure we’re happy there."
