"First impression is the best impression. When I met Kristen at the leasing office, she was so welcoming and made all arrangements to visit the model house. She gave me some offers which was available during that time. And I have chosen my Home because of the kindness of the leasing office and apartment was pretty good, and the community is clean and isolated from outsiders through the separate road which is good for the safety. Once I enter to my new apartment, I felt there are some issues which was not happy to me. I reported to the Manager Mitchell about those problems, he promptly worked on it and sorted it out all within a week thru their maintenance team. Now it's been two months over after I moved here, everything going good and well. Mitchell and his team's goal is to keep every tenant happy and comfortable. And I'm expecting the same support always."
"Great tour & cute apartment units. I really like the one bedroom with the den option. I thought that was unique and a nice addition. I would have used that for a workout room. Kirsten was amazing and very helpful. Out of the 5 communities I toured, I remember her cheerfulness & charisma the most. I decided to go for a community that has more updated units & larger one bedrooms (850sq ft) that are around the same pricing or about $100 more a month. The community I chose also has a storage unit, dog park, and several pools. I also think the doors and hallways of the Three Oaks buildings need updates. Just looks rundown and older. In conclusion - it’s a nice community with helpful staff. Cute units and lots of pricing options. If Three Oaks is within your budget, I would definitely check it out."
