"I love all Hilton properties except this one the rooms are nice but the pool is ice cold someone in the room across the hall was banging on the door at 1am for at least 45 min before I had to say something because I couldn't get front desk to pick up the phone and when I asked the woman to stop banging she attempted to charge into my room. Then to top it all off I got charged a 250 for smoking when I didn't even smoke in fact I complained upon check in that the room smelled of smoke and when I called regarding this charge I was told there is nothing that can be done I had to accept it because it was reported despite what I said I so basically I got ripped of. I have never been so disappointed in a hotel stay."
"Front staff is great. Smooth check in. Corrected my name on the booking when prompted. Gave me a room that wasn't clean, changed it to another room - I would say that's on the house keeping staff. Room was less than bare minimum clean - dirty wipe marks. Chair in the room was itchy and gave me bug bites. Dirty Breakfast area and poor hygiene. Uses plastics and Styrofoam plates. Won't be back."
"The room felt like a dorm room. Very small and impersonal. Great location and I must say that the orange juice and pancakes were 100% the best thing about the stay. Unfortunately its pet friendly and I was interrupted out of my sleep at 6AM by a nonstop barking dog."
"I stay at Tru hotel locations 1-3 times a month and last night was the worst experience. I waited at guest check in for 10 minutes before the associate came out of the back. I understand taking breaks, but he sauntered out with no urgency. There were balls of hair and dust in several places on the bathroom floor and next to the beds. The shower had hair on the tile and floor. The best part was the ripped sheets on one of the beds. Not one or two rips, closer to 15 spots that were worn through. Completely unacceptable. I'm curious who felt confident putting those sheets on the bed! It's probably time to find a new place to stay."
"The hotel was beyond clean, as well as the room. Its quant and perfect if you are on a business trip. The seating in the lobby is fun and hip and great if you want a comfy workstation. There was a pool table in the lobby and complimentary coffee 24/7. Not sure why there are bad reviews, everything was great. I would recommend anyone in the area to stay here. Its a brand new clean hotel and right off the interstate."
