"Just experienced the pool for the first time today. From shallow to deep, it goes all the way to 6 feet! The sun hits the water and the tanning chairs perfectly. Such a nice area to come relax on a warm sunny day! Located in the middle of Buckingham Square."
"Derek at the front office is the most rude and insolent manager I have come across. I hesitate calling the front office for help or inquiries because be makes the whole incident soooo hostile. He’s the typical “I’m here for my pay check, screw customer service” type with no kindness in his demeanor. Absolutely the worst customer service EVER!"
"I lived here for 2+ years. Had a very good experience! Derek and others in the leasing office were always prompt in attending to any repairs at the apartment. I lived in the part far away from the play area hence didn't encounter noise issues that others have pointed out. Community isn't very vibrant and there aren't many social interactions with others. The few events that were scheduled were in the middle of the work-day. That being said, I stay here again if given a choice."
"I have absolutely loved living here for the last two years. My husband and I have a one bedroom deluxe, washer and dryer included. We find that the community is great - very clean and accommodating. We also love the location which is close to I-75, Somerset Mall, and downtown areas (Birmingham, Royal Oak, etc.)."
