"I'm a fan of Hampton hotels. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a Hampton. The staff was left with no manager Friday night. When I reported a problem about the chair for my room, I was informed that neither of them were authorized to switch out the chair. I asked to speak with the manager on duty and was informed there was no manager available. I asked them to contact the manager to make the simple decision which would solve the problem. She was reluctant, but she did send a message to the manager. I wanted her to call, but apparently that is not encouraged. After an hour with no response from the manager, I had to live with the problem. I met the manager the next day and I understand why they were afraid to contact him. He was intimidating and handled another customers issue so badly that I realized this person does not care about the guests that stay in his hotel. I will never stay in this hotel again."
"Rooms are usually very clean. Service is usually wonderful. They get you what you need in a pretty good time Period. location works out very nice. Buy a lot of restaurants and businesses and also I 75 south is not that far to go on the ramp."
"The room was clean, however, it smelled HORRIBLE. It smelled like a locker room. I was moved to another room which still had the same smell in it, however, it wasn't as prominent as it was in the first room. I think they have issues with the ventilation in the place since the windows don't open at all and the ventilation system seems older. Regardless, it made my stay there miserable. I even went out and bought an air freshener and it did not help. It is unfortunate because it is a good location but I wouldn't stay here again."
"I had a very comfortable stay here! I love the location - within walking distance of many restaurants, close by the mall, generally just very convenient. My room was clean and cozy the entire time. I especially appreciated that their shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were clean ingredients (if you're into that kinda thing, it really is very nice) The staff was very kind and welcoming! The bed was honestly very comfortable. I did not check out any of their amenities like the fitness center, pool, or even the free breakfast. I did have some coffee, it wasn't great - but it was free! My only "heads up" is that their toilet paper could easily refurbish furniture so if that's a deal breaker for you... maybe consider it."
