“I'm fostering a kitten and had to take her in to be spayed. Any apprehensions I may have had disappeared after speaking to the staff. From the receptionist to the doctors, they were simply amazing. This impression was reinforced when I picked her up after the operation a few hours later - the incision was miniscule and hardly noticeable. My kitty was just as lively and vibrant when we got back home and that's all i could have asked for. Caring, knowledgeable and professional - I have no hesitation in recommending them.”

I phoned them up Yesterday as my 8 week old puppy was having tummy problems he wouldn't move, wouldn't eat or drink. I got a call back about 45 minutes later from the vet who was very friendly and professional, She asked me to send some pictures to help with a diagnosis which I did and got a reply back very quickly. She arranged an emergency appointment for a couple of hours later. When I arrived the reception staff were delightful and the vet took great care of our little one who was back on his feet playing, eating and drinking very soon after. They also called back today to check on him. I feel it was great value for money and will always be going back. Thanks Lizzie, Lucy and there was another lady I didn't catch her name !”

“Lovely kind staff. Were very understanding when I was tearful and didnt want my cat to have tests without me with her. I peeped in the window and saw the nurse stroking my cat which made me happy. They listened properly and were friendly but knowlegeable and professional too. Very helpful on fees as well. Nice spacious room so we could keep the cay away from dogs that would scare her and also not have to sit close to other people (with bugs!) Highly recommend!”

“My 10 year old cat Cookie was in visible distress on Monday, agitated, frantic, growling, hissing and crying and unable to breathe properly (open mouth breaths). I phoned Andersons straight away, they asked me to bring cookie right away. Cookie was seen and assessed as soon as we got there. Charlotte introduced herself to me and my son Adam. She gave fantastic advice on how she wanted to treat cookie. Cookie was put into an oxygen tent as her breathing was erratic and was showing signs of distress. Cookie had somehow managed to injure herself at home (indoor cat) and the pain was obviously more than she could cope with. Proves a point that animals behave like humans when they are in pain (panic, stress, anxiety, hyperventilating etc). Charlotte advised to keep cookie at vets for a few hours to see how she responded to oxygen tent and pain relief. She phoned me with regular updates and did everything in her power to make cookie well. Cookie was so happy to be home and absolutely milked the attention. Her wound is healing without any issues at all and this morning, day 4, I'd say she's back to her normal self demanding strokes and a lap for cuddles and right now, she's organising the clean laundry, ie, hiding my sons socks behind the couch. I've always used Andersons for every pet we have had. I am overwhelmed with the love and care they give to every animal. I know they are trained and qualified at their job but, regardless of how many qualifications the vets have, empathy and compassion can not be taught, it's part of who you are (or not) and we are so very grateful to Charlotte and all the staff who acted quickly to help my cookie. Angels don't just live in heaven, they are sent to earth to do God's work. Thank you so, so, so much for making cookie better xxxx”

“We've been with Shenfield vets for around a year now and they have always been helpful and compassionate with the problems our dog has. Never feel rushed and, given the costs of obtaining the ongoing medication our dog needs, they offered to give us a private prescription so that we can buy the meds on the internet for half the cost. Definitely recommend this practice, one of the best I've ever belonged to.”

“Such a friendly and helpful team at Voo vets. My dog had sickness and Diarrhoea and I’d literally just moved to the area the day before calling. A different local vet said they had no appointments and couldn’t help which was disappointing. From the first call the team at Voo Vets were super helpful. I was registered straight away and given some advice before getting an appointment. After a couple of appointments my dog is feeling much better after being prescribed a new type of food. Really great team.”

Doctor Patrick is amazing and kind explained everything in person. Different of some clinics that I left a high amount of money before and all the information came from reception and flyers to read .”

“I got an emergency appointment in 45mins on a Friday evening before a bank holiday after my 7 months French Bulldog, Oreo, spent the last 24h vomiting. David was amazing. He is the kind of doctor I looked for here in London for months now and I couldn’t find. He seems to truly care and has such a funny and laid down approach. He gave some meds to oreo and gave availability to meet tomorrow again if need being or on Tuesday morning if he still wouldn’t get better. David was however very reassuring. I think I finally found a permanent practise for my dog. Prices are a little higher for meds tho but I am happy to pay a little more considering the quality of service.
