"Do not use this place. All they care about is making money they have no intention or care for any animal that walk through that door. If they see you walk through the door in a vulnerable position, and in emergency they will take every penny they can from you and the end result will be possibly losing your animal ! I rushed my dog in an emergency I was told she kidney failure ,which I was in disbelief due to her age and her breed , From Monday/Wednesday £1,000 in bills was told there is nothing else I can do for her. If her kidneys does not really reduced by Thursday there will be no other option for her but to put her to sleep. I went to PDSA for a second opinion, and within half an hour, my dog underwent a major dangerous, it turns out she had a rock lodged in her intestines. That is why her kidneys failed. Blood supply was limited,she couldn’t hold No water down . My dog survived the operation. She survived the recovery. She is now present as we speak ! If I didn’t take my pet to PDSA for a second opinion on Thursday Anderson would of put my dog to sleep There was hoping for her and pdsa saved my dog while Anderson wanted to Kill her And don’t believe anything they say as they speak rubbish I have the whole recording of the conversation once I challenged them ! You have no care in my dog as only now I’ve written the review and now you want to see how she is !if she was under your care she would Be dead !! DO NOT USE THEM THEY WILL PUT YOUR ANIMAL AT HIGH RISK AND LEAVE YOU A HEAVY BILL"

"My 10 year old cat Cookie was in visible distress on Monday, agitated, frantic, growling, hissing and crying and unable to breathe properly (open mouth breaths). I phoned Andersons straight away, they asked me to bring cookie right away. Cookie was seen and assessed as soon as we got there. Charlotte introduced herself to me and my son Adam. She gave fantastic advice on how she wanted to treat cookie. Cookie was put into an oxygen tent as her breathing was erratic and was showing signs of distress. Cookie had somehow managed to injure herself at home (indoor cat) and the pain was obviously more than she could cope with. Proves a point that animals behave like humans when they are in pain (panic, stress, anxiety, hyperventilating etc). Charlotte advised to keep cookie at vets for a few hours to see how she responded to oxygen tent and pain relief. She phoned me with regular updates and did everything in her power to make cookie well. Cookie was so happy to be home and absolutely milked the attention. Her wound is healing without any issues at all and this morning, day 4, I'd say she's back to her normal self demanding strokes and a lap for cuddles and right now, she's organising the clean laundry, ie, hiding my sons socks behind the couch. I've always used Andersons for every pet we have had. I am overwhelmed with the love and care they give to every animal. I know they are trained and qualified at their job but, regardless of how many qualifications the vets have, empathy and compassion can not be taught, it's part of who you are (or not) and we are so very grateful to Charlotte and all the staff who acted quickly to help my cookie. Angels don't just live in heaven, they are sent to earth to do God's work. Thank you so, so, so much for making cookie better xxxx"

"Tricky response. A cat was found laying under a car. The cat had been hit by a car. Neighbours help get the cat to the vet and the lady whose cat it was, was away. By the chip, found the owner, a lady in her seventies. The vet was at least open, but by the morning the bill had reached £600. I just think in these circumstances, a vet could reduce the fee. Poor lady. The cat is on the mend."

"The Vet themselves are lovely and helpful but there is a old lady who works there at the reception is so rude and I was told that the vet can change me what ever that like for my dogs medicine and if I didn’t like it then I would have to pay for a repeat prescription and go elsewhere. I have never ever heard such a thing, all because I ask about the price of medicine £80.30 from them but other vets changed £67:38 for the same thing. I’m so disgusted by this."
