"Took my 15 year old cat here as we thought she had ingested her flea treatment however it turned out she had an inflamed tooth that needing removing. They took it out there and then. The price was less than we were quoted at our regular vets so very happy with that. The staff from the admin, to the nurses to the vet were very helpful and it seemed like they cared about her well-being. We thought we would be waiting a while but she was seen very quickly and there was no delay with her procedure. Very happy with the service and the price and would revisit should we need an out of hours appointment again."

"I lost my cat on Christmas Day….this vets were very sympathetic and reassuring. The man at reception was lovely and welcoming. They gave us some clippings of our cats fur in a small glass vial and even sent a lovely card and some seeds for me and my son to plant to remember our pet. It’s never nice to have to go to an emergency vets but they provided amazing service. Thank you!"

"The vet we saw was calm, caring and reassuring. He was thorough and didn't just blame the problems on our elderly cat's age. The reception and nurse staff were kind and helpful. I would have given 5 stars but for the cost. The out of hours consultation fee was around 4x more than a daytime vet visit and tests and meds were costly. We are lucky that despite her age our cat is still insured. I feel for those who can't afford insurance or where it is not an option. We saw evidence in the waiting room. Out of hours veterinary care is of course not a charity but I felt that it was very expensive. But the quality of service we experienced was excellent."

"My small dog Mason got off his lead and was hit by a car that never stopped ..(sadly he died) overwhelmed in grief when we arrive at the practice at 9pm at night, girl press the buzzer a girl replied ill be their shortly, opened the door, and I have Never met someone so cold NO COMPASSION, the girl never even greeted us, she literally opened the door ask who we were and opened another door ask to put Mason on the table, then ask what type of cremation we wanted, by this time I couldn't even breath, Stone cold face , not even a tiny compassion, after stating the two types of cremation one £89 if you just wish to throw him in with other dogs or £227. If you wanted his ashes, I replied of course we did love his ashes its what wr disgusted with the call centre booking the appointment. so what do you prefer, she adds! ..good heavens ...disgusted..she then told my son ok let me go to get the pdq machine..at this point I was just in horror, my hody went cold, she saw me in tears not even ask would you like a tissue, it will be ok, nothing , I just wanted to walk out with my Mason but couldn't, because of HM'S funeral everything seemed closed, she broke my heart just left him on the table, and I ask "what now" she was we will store him in a colder place and that "they" will be picking up on Tuesday its tye earlier good heavens ... I'm broken to bits never felt so low I couldn't believe how cold and unfriendly she was. That's not acceptable..I cried all night worried that I left my Mason in her care I'll NEVER say don't use the practice but don't leave your pet in her care and when I find her name ill also state, she's left me so broken I'm Disgusted, I can't believe her attitude. My friends and family all shocked ... message for her if she reads this . You've made it so much worst for me to let me Mason go. You've caused me anxiety that I need speak to my doctor now, just knowing if you can deal with us in that manner what are you capable off him in your care..I'm disgusted and so hurt. MDes"

"We took our girl to Vets Now Sutton late one recent night, but there was nothing they could do; she was already gone. They were so kind to us. They did not charge anything. We paid for only the cremation. They then sent this handwritten note with Forget Me Not seeds to plant in her honor. I was so touched. I would definitely recommend "
