“Vets who truly care. We adopted our kitty through Mayhew, and needed help with examining her that the all-the-bells-and-whistles pet insurance we carefully chose refused to pay for. After hearing our story, the friendly staff at Mayhew saw to our beautiful fur-ball almost instantly, and did a proper check-up involving anesthesia and x-rays (among other things) completely free of charge, because of our situation. They are brilliant. ❤️”

“Sarah and the team at Woodham Lane Vets have been wonderful with Bella, she had a large cyst that other vets said they had to amputate a toe to get rid of it. Sarah happily gave me a second opinion and was reassuring, Bella now has all of her toes and no cyst! The care we received was second to none and the advice and follow up care was brilliant! Amy and Patsy were always friendly and helpful and Bella got lots of snuggles! We have now moved vet practices and have got both our dogs at Woodham Lane Vets and have also registered to their Healthy Pet Club. Thanks again for looking after our old girl so so well!”

Monthly injections were recommended I was worried about the financial cost however the vets are going to help me claim for this on Bear's insurance. They also focus on the animal welfare and medical conditions and have in the past been supportive to me and let me arrange a payment plan due to my circumstances. And preformed surgery on our dogs which has been extremely good . And we are so grateful they were able to help dogs due to the extreme pain they were in. “Zasman vet islington has the best stuff and has always given my two chow chows - Zoe and Kira the best treatment whenever we go there. They always ensure my dogs are given the best and both my dogs have anxiety issues especially if they’re in enclosed areas and the staff at Zasman are so calming and loving to them. “I have been with Mark Nelson's for 30 years with a short gap recently due to personal issues. They have always put my animals first and always treated me and my animals with care and respect. When my beautiful girl Bailey suddenly fell terminally ill, they did everything they could to make her last week's comfortable and pain free, and when she finally deteriorated early one Saturday morning, they were there to make sure she didn't suffer anymore. I have just moved back to the area and have immediately re registered my three with them and an appointment was immediately available to see my poorly cat. Can't recommend this surgery enough. Caring vets and one receptionist lady has to be the kindest and loveliest I've had the pleasure of dealing with.”

“On Sunday my girl Nancy went into labour. This was the 1st time I’ve ever done anything like this and didn’t really know what to expect or how long Nancy would be ok for. I called and spoke to a man called Scott who went through absolutely everything with me and what I should I expect and left it down to me when or if I should I bring her in. Scott also went over the emer hour costs on the phone, so when I did bring her in there would be no surprises. the parking wasn’t bad as it was 12am so I parked infront of next doors shop. I was greeted by Scott and the vet (I think her name was mirela) who put me at ease, made fuss of Nancy to keep her calm, they both went over what would happen from now and what roles the team have in the surgery room. When they took Nancy into the back as they was getting the room ready (I guess) I could see through the door they let her wander around with them again all making a fuss of her to keep her calm. It was the little things like seeing that which made me feel calm as I was getting upset in reception as I could see they constantly was looking out for her even before surgery. Surgery went really good after Scott came out to tell me about the puppies and then got them ready and filled the hot water bottle up (again I’ve heard some vets don’t even do that for you) whilst the vet went over all the important after details. Since her op I’ve had a couple of questions and the reception team are always so friendly! Honestly I would recommended this vet practice especially this 3 man team. Honestly it’s the little things that count. They were honestly amazing! Thank you again team!!”

“Our cat is registered at the village vet in brackenbury. We’ve always had quick and helpful service from the staff and vets. Whenever we have had and emergency situation they have very kindly offered to see us in 5 minutes notice. All the vets are knowledgable, kind and look after the animals well. They also offer medication right there so we don’t have to look elsewhere. They have an emergency hospital for any thing serious.”
