"We've been with Shenfield vets for around a year now and they have always been helpful and compassionate with the problems our dog has. Never feel rushed and, given the costs of obtaining the ongoing medication our dog needs, they offered to give us a private prescription so that we can buy the meds on the internet for half the cost. Definitely recommend this practice, one of the best I've ever belonged to."

"What a fantastic service l received today when l had to bring my gorgeous Romanian rescue dog George in for treatment. He had a dew claw on his back leg that had grown round into a circle and had gone back in the same hole...l was asked to bring him in as soon as l could as he was in pain. The nurses were so kind and patient and very calm which made George feel secure and safe...he did not appear to feel a thing and when it was all over he was made a great fuss of by everyone including the lovely reception staff too. They were very kind to me as they could see l was upset for George. I cannot thank you enough."
