“Every part of our stay was exceptional from start to end! We were warmly greeted at the front door where our luggage was taken and our car swiftly valet parked. Staff at reception were all friendly, warm and welcoming and we were offered a larger room or one with a view. (We chose the view!). Our room, on the 12th floor, had a gorgeous view of the Elizabeth Tower, London Eye etc. It was spotlessly clean and the bed was super comfy. Breakfast was delicious with a good selection. (Items like Eggs Benedict do attract a surcharge, but fair enough.) When we checked out we decided to leave the car parked for a bit longer while we went shopping. As with everything else, that request was met with a smile and a friendly, positive reply. We were truly sad to leave and will definitely be back as soon as we can. Why this isn't a 5 star makes no sense as the ones we've stayed at, Intercontinental included, can't hold a candle to this gem!”

“One of the nicest Marriotts I’ve stayed in. The staff is welcoming and helpful. Everything about the hotel is first class. We stayed here for a week. Our room overlooked Hyde Park. Housekeeping made sure there were plenty of towels. Turn down service in the evening was a nice touch. The hotel is walking distance to most major attractions.”

“The NED is unquestionably the best location for having your business meets for membership holders. The service there is alright but definitely could be better. The location is the most ideal as it is in the bank area right in the heart of financial district. Just tried beverages and drinks and was alright. The rooms are very contemporary and cozy.”

“The Intercontinental was lovely. By London standards, very good sized rooms. We decided to upgrade to a room with a view & we were happy we did. The staff was great & everyone we interacted with at the hotel was kind and accommodating. We very much enjoyed our stay! The price was a whopping 1197£ a night on booking but was able to find it the cheapest on Locktrip for 658£ a night, if you do this little trick and add this code L2M5Y before login you get it even cheaper, enjoy.”

“I have liked the Hackett brand for quite a few years now, I usually purchase my Hackett clothes, mainly polo shirts in Dubai so it was great to visit the Hackett shop in London. I was very happy with the service to help me find what I wanted, the assistant knew my size just by looking at me and the polo shirts were a perfect fit. Nicely designed shop also. You pay more than the average shop but the quality means the shirts will last many years.”

Helpful,polite and friendly, took the trouble to help us thoroughly, making sure we were happy with our purchase, the fit, style and colour of the shoes. Top quality all leather brogues, even offering a re soling service upon request. Assistant was extremely knowledgeable, measuring ones foot correctly and presenting different sizes without complaint. Not pretentious as some can be- made to feel welcome and valued. Extremely well made footwear , we are very pleased indeed and will return for further colours in the same style. Most comfortable well fitting shoes we have purchased for my sons awkward shaped feet! Very thoughtful assistant even polished them for us before expertly packing them in the stylish box. Five star service and products, well worth the money spent.”

“This hotel is amazing, I stayed for 4 nights in the King deluxe room the rooms were clean & housekeeping team was lovely. The pool, spa & gym was fantastic, the only downside is having to pay a £20 fee to use the spa, besides that I Would definitely recommend and will be a returning guest!☺️”

“I stayed at the Premier Inn last month before moving into my flat in London and had a wonderful experience. I got there early and the staff kindly stored my four suitcases while I ran some errands. When I returned, the most lovely woman was working at the front desk. Her name is Consuelo and she is an absolute gem. Since I had so much luggage, I took two bags down to the room and before I could return to the front desk there was a knock at my door. Consuelo had brought the two suitcases weighing 45kg in total down to my room herself and made sure I got them. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. As a young female traveling solo I felt incredibly safe throughout my stay. The next few mornings Consuelo greeted me with a big smile and helped me with breakfast. I am gluten-free and the staff was super knowledgable and was able to give me a lovely GF breakfast of hash browns, bacon, GF toast, and loads of other goodies. Overall, I had a fabulous stay and will definitely recommend the Premier Inn in Tooting to any friends and family that visit. Thank you Consuelo for being so helpful and kind!”

“This hotel was AMAZING!!! I had never been to London but was told to stay in Westminster and I’m so happy to have stayed in this hotel. The hotel is near (less than .5 mil in any direction) most things tourists want to see . It’s situatuted in a beautiful area of London as well. First off, it’s beautiful inside and out. DO NOT SKIP BREAKFAST, because it’s the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel. A full array of meats, cheeses, breads and side dishes. Most days I skipped lunch because I ate too much at breakfast! The room was amazing and clean. The bed was larger than expected (most European hotel beds are smaller) and it was very comfortable. The staff is fantastic. I wanted to visit a popular restaurant and asked the staff to make me a reservation. They immediately called and said the restaurant was full, but the restaurant had a sister location in Chelsea that they already called and had availability. They called a cab for me and it ended up being one of my best meals on our trip across Europe. All of this to say, I will be staying there again and I would highly recommend this hotel.”

New street cafe at hotel has hot water bottles and heaters for the colder days. Short walk to St Thomas's hospital, London Eye, South Bank entertainment center and Westminster bridge.”

Mar 01 around 14:30, my wife had to check in alone, and the two male staffs at the front desk was so kind and helpful. Due to sudden work issue I couldn't join so my wife had to visit alone, I did inform this to the front desk and they were so willing to help... what really impressed me wad they really had good intention to help. “Went to the spa here. Very lovely place. Staff were friendly from all areas. Facilities were small and average. Sauna out of order which my partner always enjoys. Not much privacy around the spa. We both got a massage and it was amazing. Both masseurs Rosa and Suna were lovely and friendly and did really good jobs. Definitely the best part of the visit. Don't think it was completely worth the money as you only get 1 hour use of facilities with offer.”

It’s very comfortable and not crowded, and besides having a wide selection of drinks, they also serve food and prices won’t break the bank. It can be lovely to seat up and do some work while enjoying the delicious food and friendliness of their staff members. Anca in special is not only very knowledgeable but also very friendly that suggest the best foods on the menu always. If you haven’t stop by, you surely don’t know what are you missing! Besides the bar, there is the restaurant, and also some sort of private area around the lobby in which I believe it can be used for some private gatherings. Super convenient to the Tube/Rail station, but on a quiet side street, the Suites are a great place to stay if you want to be in the heart of the action, but without the crowds of a large hotel. Darren and the whole staff were very friendly and accommodating. I’d recommend checking out some of the local pubs and restaurants back in the neighborhood.”
