Hilton London Syon Park

"Booked 2 rooms as a last minute booking and was totally surprised when I arrived. Lovely hotel set in gorgoues grounds with free parking and greeted by a really lovely pleasant lady on reception. The rooms were upgraded without asking as I am a diamond member. The rooms where lovely and spacious overlooking pools and the glass green house of Syon House. We had a meal in Mood the hotel restaurant which was really nice and served by great staff. Was really nice to return from a busy day in London to a peaceful hotel (apart from planes passing overhead but then what do you expect being in London) would definitely stay again."

"Came here for a night to attend a party nearby. Am a gold member, checked in online and said we would arrive by 3pm. Arrived at 2pm. Beautiful location and easy parking. The building and facilities seem a little old as I to wait for 10 minutes to get keycards as I couldn’t use a digital key and both front desk staff took a long time to do simple things for clients. The superior room was nice and spacious with comfy bed, balcony and bathroom. There was no decaf teas and no biscuits. The only noise is the aircraft overhead flying into Heathrow. The swimming pool has to be booked and cost £20 to use. Breakfast was nice with a good range of food. Service was slow - I had to ask for my order of eggs after 15minutes waiting. Overall beautiful location, dated building and facilities, average service level."

"Just Stayed 2 nights. King bed with view. Perfect. I enjoyed my time. Especially Thank You Yawa and David in the reception! Can't wait to leave a good review. Honestly the best hotel i have stayed in UK. stayed one night before came here in Richmond Hill Hotel, you can tell the deference. Large sized nicely decorated, quite room. I like the bathroom too. Nice bar, I heard they have lots of facilities but didn't have time to use it Good breakfast, polite greetings, free parking. Definitely Will come again!"

"This hotel is amazing, I stayed for 4 nights in the King deluxe room the rooms were clean & housekeeping team was lovely. The pool, spa & gym was fantastic, the only downside is having to pay a £20 fee to use the spa, besides that I Would definitely recommend and will be a returning guest!☺️"

"My daughter booked a room at your hotel for 9th September for my birthday. I had a really relaxing time in the spa, swimming pool, jacuzzi, and steam room. It was excellent facilities and the pool was great, as it was chest height throughout as I am a little bit scared of deep water. I the staff were polite, smiley, and treated us well. I wished I could've spent another day there…as it was so nice, with beautiful surroundings. Unfortunately, we did not get a chance to enjoy the plush green. However, I intend on coming back again in November for my daughter's birthday. A nice surprise for her, as she frequented your hotel on her own, last year! By the way, the breakfast buffet, was sumptuous and the choice was amazing. A little gem in the heart of West London."
