"Fabulous courteous old fashioned service- the way it should be! Helpful,polite and friendly, took the trouble to help us thoroughly, making sure we were happy with our purchase, the fit, style and colour of the shoes. Top quality all leather brogues, even offering a re soling service upon request. Assistant was extremely knowledgeable, measuring ones foot correctly and presenting different sizes without complaint. Not pretentious as some can be- made to feel welcome and valued. Extremely well made footwear , we are very pleased indeed and will return for further colours in the same style. Most comfortable well fitting shoes we have purchased for my sons awkward shaped feet! Very thoughtful assistant even polished them for us before expertly packing them in the stylish box.
