"Love Hackett clothing. Would wear it all day. Great store. Good selection. Went in there just after Christmas and tried the new jackets as well as the polo tops. Great fit and the Aston Martin logo looks slick. Staff are really friendly and does not force sales. They don’t really need to to be honest. Some may find it pricey but you do get what you pay for."

"If you proceed with a made to measure suit and the size doesn’t fit; partly due to a poor so called tailor and because they send the measurements to another country to have the suits cheaply made. You will have a suit that is unsuitable and you will have an extremely hard time getting a resolution, they will try to keep your money as long as possible. You will have to call many times, send many Emails and talk to many different people to even get a refund, this after four failed attempts at getting the suit to fit. A new suit promised only to be lied to and the original altered. A poor experience although I was offered a little online discount on full price items for the thousand in expense I was subjected to. I declined! Their argument was, “we don’t cover travel expenses”, each situation should be judged on its own merits and the appropriate refund or compensation should be applied to the particular problem that has happened. You might as well pay a little extra and go to a genuine tailor. As a business person I would advise you all to avoid this service as they will embarrass you if you encounter a problem. This being the tailors and Management. I very much doubt if the champion of British men’s Fashion “Mr Classic” himself Jeremy Hackett wears this/his product. He should not be continuing to put his name to such an unprofessional service that is Hackett Made-to-Measure. Sorry Hackett this is not a free for all and some kind of dictatorship, this is Great Britain but I suppose business is business to some. My very costly experience was at Hackett - Westfield."
