"Jake the leasing manager made getting a 1 bedroom a breeze with two units to see. Defiantly look at all units before you secure one!"
"First two years, had a tenant above me who had a toddler who would run up and down the hallway at 2 AM weekdays and wake me up. Or I could hear the squeaking of the bed which was obviously the result of only one thing... Mentioned it to a member of the board who said, “oh yeah, sorry, the landlord renovated the apartment to her nephew and didn’t install sound-proofing in the floor”. The Viking since have posted specific sound-proofing requirements but who knows how stringent the enforcement is. Right now I’m listening to the tenant above me vauumining while I’m trying to take a nap."
"The manager was friendly and the apartment was clean. The rental rates were way over priced for the quality of the apartment. It would be worth 500 to 600 per month, but that's about it. 900 is insane."
"Very quiet. Offers section 8. Thes apts are 6 blocks from King Soopers and on busline to there and also east towards Old Town Arvada"
"Do not rent here. The maintenance guy Carl and the property manager are married. If you complained about him which I did you will get an eviction notice. Carl spy's on everybody. peeking through windows like a peeping tom. It was a nerve wrecking experience for my wife and kid. I confronted him on it and his wife had an eviction notice on my door with in hours for some mad up violation. Also if you happen to get married while living there like I did you will be evicted. They just want your money and the next person money. It is a revolving door. The apartment could not be kept below 80 due to the boiler room being always on. The doors slam shut walking you up at all kind of hours of the night. And the list goes on...Unfortunately I could not do a negative amount of stars."
