"I had previously rented an apartment with two roommates (Laclede Lofts) with AHRA. We were so supported with Samon & Erica; we were in communications while studying abroad in another country and they always had prompt, clear responses. When it came time to move it, we had a semi-seamless move in. We moved in pretty early, so we had to re-request a clean up before we fully moved our stuff in, which was completed in a day. When we lived there, the maintenance team was amazing. There was one singular issue - which was a hole in our common room's wall - which was more of a foundational problem and not necessarily a maintenance issue. However, any complaint made was responded to in less than 24hrs almost every single time. At one point, we were able to have our entire washer replaced within literally a day. Laclede Lofts itself was extremely clean, quiet, and conveniently located. Minus the hole in the wall, it was definitely a wonderful place to live, and I was so sad to move out. I didn't realize how great AHRA was as a property company until I moved to a new location with new property management (stlcitywide llc) and was totally screwed. Now, I'm moving for a third time and had the absolute pleasure to work with Ms. Erica Hart again. Not only was Erica incredibly responsive to every little question and detail I had, she was such a help in securing my new lease. She takes the time with each of her clients and actually cares about the people she works with, which is so refreshing to see. When I toured two units with her she was supremely amicable and not pushy in any way. She had answers to all my questions and followed up in a prompt, professional, and timely way. I feel so lucky that she works with AHRA, especially because she truly took the time to understand what I was looking for in a new place to live. I am so excited to move into another AHRA property and hope I can post another rave review soon. I highly highly recommended AHRA and specifically working with Erica Hart !!"

"Basic summary - they are scammers. They didn’t fix a SINGLE thing in the apartment building including a roach infestation, and a broken shared washing machine. I had to submit 3-5 maintenance request for each separate issue before they would even acknowledge them. Multiple people in the complex complained about roaches but they didn’t do anything for the 6 months that I was there. They tried to keep my security deposit saying I caused a “flea infestation” and their explanation and timeline doesn’t make any scientific sense when you take into account the life span of a flea and the lack of “fleas” on any of my pets after a vet visit that same week I moved out. It took months and a lawyer to finally get my deposit back. Their entire team is disrespectful, does not care about tenants, doesn’t fix the buildings, and tried to get me to pay rent twice in one month. If you’re an owner wanting to hire them - don’t. They will only make you lose money. If you are a tenant wanting to lease through them - don’t, they will belittle you and ignore your concerns when it comes to providing a safe place to live. They take advantage of people who they feel don’t know any better but these people that they lease to deserve the same things everyone else does, and that includes a safe home."

"The faucet water is leaking directly outside, the house is very dirty, the lights in the bedroom don't work, brush marks are highly visible in the paint, and the filter hasn't been changed. Additionally, when I call, they don't take me seriously, saying I'm exaggerating the situation. They haven't responded to my messages for days and haven't sent maintenance. I'm Turkish and trying to live in the U.S. When I call the office who is Alexander, they dismiss my concerns with remarks like, 'You can understand this issue; it's too simple.'"
