"Got the chance to have the most unprofessional reality experience with the agent Mike York. I see he makes his own company's reviews as well. Took multiple phone calls to get a hold of the agent to schedule a viewing. When he did finally call me back at time he found that worked with his schedule, I was cut off with every sentence I spoke. Coming from a customer service representative, I suggest Tysan Properties properly train their agents on how to deal with confrontational situations, because by the time our conversation was over I had to hang up on him."
