"Your listing agent flat out refused to return phone calls or texts to our (buyer) agent and would only communicate through very short worded and very vague emails.(Very Unprofessional) As well, these (emails)were not returned in a timely matter while dealing with a very short deadline that was not disclosed until the day of. We lost out on our dream home due to her negligence. (Very Very Unprofessional) in today's market it is unheard of and inexcusable for an agent to act this way. Or maybe real estate is just to much to handle for this particular agent, she obviously can't or is unable to handle multiple contracts on one property. Do Better!"
"Robert is great, super helpful and had great advice while doing tours of houses. If I had worked with him, I likely would have had a far better experience. Karen Polishuk, however, is extremely rude. Becoming defensive when I say that I will be working with someone else, and after I've asked her to stop emailing me, sends passive aggressive remarks such as "I'm sorry you don't understand..." and "Go waste someone else's time, I am done with you". That was unnecessary and combative. I get that people have off-days, but this entire exchange was ridiculous. When you are communicating professionally, and especially by email, take a step back and organize your thoughts. Emotional and spiteful responses are a poor reflection of you and your company. I am a first-time home buyer and began working with a different company after only receiving a single listing update from Karen every couple of days. The other company (I will not name them as I'm not trying to advertise) found over 12 different listings for us to view this week, and took the time to listen to my wants. I was able to even sign an offer to send off this morning. We have not been demanding or annoying, and to have this kind of interaction with someone who should be professional? Absolutely not. I will never recommend."
