"Honestly, I have always found Jerry to be reliable, professional, and fair-minded. He is not all that personable, but to me that isn't important for his role. In real-estate people will sometimes use charm and personality to manipulate or distract you. I would rather have someone be responsive and competent and play it straight. I also appreciate Jerry's quiet, respectful demeanor. Jerry and the maintenance guys are very professional and have never done or said anything that made me feel uncomfortable. That nuance is valuable in a housing situation. I have lived in a large multi-unit building for a year and a half. I have called for various reasons, especially for several repairs in the first few months. Every time they have been very fast about sending someone to inspect the issue and take care of it--often in the same day. It's not perfect and there have been things I've complained about multiple times that were discouragingly slow to resolve. But I have probably lived in 15 different rentals in my life and I don't know that any landlord has been this prompt about investigating issues. You have to have appropriate expectations. The goal of a property management company is to keep your unit up to code and livable. Not all do. I am happy with the value for what I pay."

"I am beyond disappointed with the responsiveness and professionalism of this company, particularly with their representative Jerry Davis. We toured a house in Webster Groves that we were extremely interested in (that also had be vacant for months). Despite Jerry being very unfriendly, we asked to move forward with the application process. He claimed he would contact the owners to confirm we could have pets. 2 days went by and we got no response. We called back 3 times and the woman in the office said that Jerry could not get a hold of the owners. We gave them a few more days as we needed to either commit to this property or move on. No call back at all. It is extremely rude and unprofessional to keep interested tenets waiting. Even if pets weren't going to be allowed a simple phone call to tell us that would have been not only nice but the right thing to do. All I see are complaints about this person and how unfriendly and rude he is. Luckily we found another property but the owners of this house lost out on tenants who were ready to sign a lease then and there. I would not recommend working with this property company."

"If I could give this a zero star rating, I would. My friends and I were looking to rent a house, and fell in love with one in the Webster Groves area. Jerry Davis, who works for this company was the most impersonal and rude person I’ve ever come into contact with. He was not willing to answer many questions about the house, but we still loved it, and wanted to put in an application. We had a few outstanding questions about the property, so we called the office multiple times over a span of two weeks, and Jerry failed to ever give us a call back. He is extremely unprofessional, and I can’t imagine that the company itself is any better if they have a man like him working for them."

"I've lived in a small, clean apartment in one of their buildings for four years and they have always fixed any problems, eliminated pests, responded at once to problems with neighbors or anything else. Update: this is three years later and I am still safe, taken care of and any problems will get fixed. Bug free."

"Well we just moved in so I will continue to update this as we go. But so far the people in the office have been very nice and helpful. Jerry has been great to work with so far. No I'm not getting all new stuff and everything fixed to perfection, but hey, if I wanted that, I should buy a new house, not rent. The internet reviews scared us, but all in all, the experience has been a good one so far. Again, if anything changes for better or worse, I'll edit my review accordingly. UPDATE after one month: the two problems that we found were corrected immediately. Granted, we're not picky people, but Jerry and his crew have taken care of what we needed very quickly. It's been smooth sailing since."
