Seemed sketchy to me. If my monthly income is enough to cover their rent then what business is it of theirs for my other private info?"

"Not even 1 star. Wheatland investment, has cheaply made apartments. Problems with electric, plumbing, poor insulation. They & manager are liars. Get everything in writing. Have NO maintance to fix plumbing , electric issues. Spend your money, live some where else. Don t rent from Wheatland investment."
