"Good luck getting an apartment that has a working air conditioner oh and hot water to clean your clothes, dishes and to take a shower! still so many issues not addressed years later! I see why so many ppl left, immensely saddening, it’s like a graveyard. It’s not even hot outside and the air was on for one night and froze completely up but no one will come look at it until it hits 80 degrees 3 days in a row and for what? not to fix it now and then be really uncomfortable when it’s over 100 degrees in the summer…also when the air conditioner ice all melts it leaks through the ceiling and drips down the side of a beam in the living taking off paint with it and then onto the floor downstairs in a big puddle…..but no let’s wait to fix that! New management doesn’t mean anything at this place!"

"This is a horrible place to deal with I moved in during October to find the popcorn ceiling falling down in the bedroom and bathroom from water damage and the carpet was soaked took them a month to fix so I basically payed a month of rent without living there. I constantly tell them about the water damage and mold in my bathroom but they never get back to me. It took them 3 months to replace my dishwasher. The washer and dryer on the property don't work. And there has been a busted sewage pipe that's been leaking human excrement all over the sidewalk I ask for a discount on my rent bc nothing works and there is mold in my bathroom or at least to move me to a different building, but they don't care and won't definitely would not recommend"

"Pool has green dirty water that's been that way for couple yrs, they raise rent, but constantly don't have hot water, called Vesta management an they were rude as hell, don't move here it's all lies. so since this post they drained the water back in the summer of 23 but its been closed for 3 years."

"I just left these apartments after living here for four years. Do not move here. Managment is rude they don’t fix anything and if they do come and fix it, it’s years or months after you’ve asked, I had a broken dishwasher for three years before they finally came and put in a new one. They did not have a clean or new carpet in the apartment when I moved in so now I’m being charged a ridiculous amount for damages. The hot water is off usually about once a week. They always have a busted pipe somewhere if you like swimming don’t move here cause guess what the pool is not open it hasn’t been the whole four years that I was there if you like working out better, find a new gym because there’s isn’t open. The dumpsters are always over, filled with trash, and there’s trash all over the ground. The back of the apartment complex usually floods if it rains too much so that’s fun. both of my bathrooms had black mold in it. My children stayed sick."
