"Wondering why the current management in the office won't provide any rental verifications for their tenants who are desperately trying to get out of these OFFICIALLY CONDEMNED apartments. My assistant called twice to get rental information for someone who has applied with us, and was hung up on both times. They do know that they can't force their tenants to stay, right? LOL"

"At this point tenants are on their own to figure out moving needs, no deposits have been offered back. They knew for over a month this was coming and continued to take ppls money. New leases were given when they knew they could not bring it up to code. Some will be homeless with children thanks to Proresidential who so far have not provided a single answer to current residents. Karma is real ;)"

"I’m seeking a long term home for rent and they lady/man that goes my Yarley Pointe on Facebook marketplace, highly unprofessional. Whomever was on the other side of there profile is not going to get them any business anytime soon. This apt complex is surly only trying to get people in dire need of a home and wants to move them into a half fast finished renovation. You will have issues if you move here. They ended up blocking me and laughing at my reply to them. I inquired about the home, they then ask would I like to set up a tour I kindly replied no thank you because I had read the reviews on this property & wasn’t satisfied. Lol clearly you’re doing something wrong if you block someone just for that. You must have ignorant children working for your Apts."

"Do not rent here. Period. They refused to fix our ceilings and let black mold grow in the apartment complex during our stay there. They are the definition of slum lords; They would illegally turn off water to the complex and would/will never answer your calls. I will also like to add that they started charging us for water in the middle of our (then) lease despite it never being a part of it in the first place. So for your own sanity- DO NOT RENT HERE."

"My roof has been leaking for months, have filed work order still nothing, and even emailed the main business in California with this complaint. No one has ever been in contact with me or tried to help me...they didn’t even have to curtsy to go on to the roof to look at it or try to cover it up with a tarp or something! Other neighbors have flooding on the downstairs apartments that they have not fixed, they have been living like that for almost a year. Who could live like that! Horrible company. DO NOT RENT HERE. After 9 months of my roof leaking they finally put tar over the leak and then they came to fix our roof from the inside all the did was spray paint over the mold then didn’t even use anything to kill the mold just a bottle of 99cent spray paint"
